Twelve PhD positions in our doctoral network
The MSCA-DN “Understanding Latin American Challenges in the 21st Century (LAC-EU)” invites applications for twelve PhD fellowships.
The LAC-EU doctoral programme offers twelve PhD positions and comprises an interdisciplinary, multi-sectoral network composed of seven leading higher education institutions and key, highly relevant civil society, and policy partners from a range of European and LAC countries.
The twelve PhD projects:
R01: LAC involvement in transnational and global cities networks (IBEI, Spain)
R02: Gender, social policy, and trade in LAC regional governance (IBEI, Spain)
R03: Translating LAC: Fighting political stereotypes in European publishing houses (University of Barcelona, Spain)
R04: Trade, identities, and market success: LAC women writers in Europe (University of Barcelona, Spain)
R05:EU-LAC relations in the United Nations Human Rights Council (KU Leuven, Belgium)
R06: LAC engagement in multilateral trade governance (KU Leuven, Belgium)
R07: Democratic resistance and mobilizing civil society (University of York, UK) *
R08: Governing the gender-health nexus: Delivering sexual and reproductive health (University of York, UK) *
R09: The governance of migration flows in LAC (FLACSO-Argentina, Argentina)
R10: EU-LAC investment relations and green finance (FLACSO-Argentina, Argentina)
R11: Data and technology in cities’ governance (Sciences Po, France)
R12: EU soft power and a democratic green transformation in Latin America (University of Oslo, Norway)
