LAC-EU participates in the MSCA Satellite Event in the run-up to the EuroScience Open Forum’s annual conference and exhibition
LAC-EU’s project coordinator, Andrea C. Bianculli (IBEI), took part in the satellite event organised by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) in the run-up to the EuroScience Open Forum’s annual conference and exhibition. The event took place in Katowice, Poland, the European City of Science 2024, on 10 and 11 June 2024.
The MSCA Satellite Event brought together MSCA fellows, alumni, supervisors, and project coordinators and managers, who discussed relevant issues in science and research, including science communication, the uses of AI applied to research, career development, collaboration between academic and non-academic partners, and the relationship between science and policy, through a mix of panel discussions, interactive workshops and training sessions. The two-day event also offered plenty of opportunities for networking and building valuable relationships.
